What
In a time when many theatre companies are struggling to regain their pre-pandemic audiences, The Little Theatre is seeing record ticket sales and community support, proving that we are a trusted source of performing arts within the community. This new building will serve as a home for our administrative staff, include dedicated rehearsal rooms, and provide an opportunity for us to expand our ever-growing education programming with additional classroom space. It will also include a 70-seat performance space - perfect for educational program performances, the spotlight series, and new play readings.

Artistic Rendering by Fatima Njie
Why
This building will provide the theatre with its first owned space in our history, preparing us for the next century of success.
Additional and larger rehearsal spaces ensures each production gets the support they need to put on the best show possible.
Additional space for classes and workshops allows us to offer more diverse theatre education opportunities for all ages and skill levels. A dedicated performances space gives more freedom for youth productions and the spotlights series to grow.

All of this results in better productions, a more enriching experience for actors and more opportunities for youth to perform.
