CLASSES/CAMP CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
If Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools are closed due to inclement weather, acting classes will be canceled and, if possible, an additional class will be added at the end of the session. If The Little Theatre of Winston-Salem cancels a class for any other reason, caregivers or attendees will be alerted via email, and, if possible, a make-up class will be added to the end of the session.
In the event that The Little Theatre cancels an entire course, camp or workshop, the choice between a full refund or a credit towards a future class, camp, or workshop held within the next year will be offered.
If a student decides to withdraw from a class, camp or workshop, the amount paid towards registration can be converted to a credit which can be used for any class, camp or workshop within the next year, provided the withdrawal happens in the following timeframe:
- For classes, the student must withdraw prior to the second class meeting.
- For camps, the student must withdraw prior to the second day of camp.
- For workshops, the student must withdraw prior to the beginning of the workshop. If the credit is not used within the year, the credit is then forfeited.
Partial refunds, which equal the amount paid minus an administrative fee equal to 12% of the registration fee, will be given only if written notice of withdrawal is received prior to the first day of a class, camp, or workshop. If a student wants to withdraw after a class, camp, or workshop begins, the registration fee is non-refundable.
